Job Description
The successful candidate will be in-charged with handling the technical courses in the company's Training program and will have the following responsibility:
Develop strategy, curriculum and packages of the training program
Implement and facilitate technical training
Provides regular reports, assessment, evaluation and analysis to improve the training program
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree holder of any IT related course
Minimum of 2 years work experience in the IT field, preferably in development and/or training
Minimum of 2 years training/teaching in the Academe or Training Organizations
Practical skills in open systems and/or object oriented technologies, especially Java, C++, Linux, UML, etc.
Standard office application skills like Windows 2000, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, etc.
Good communication and presentation skills (Written and spoken English)
