MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Technical Trainer!
General Description: The Technical Trainer prepares, maintains, teaches technical training materials and programs as well as trains clients and presents those programs in a virtual setting. This person should have in-depth knowledge and technical aptitude in their field of expertise. They must be excellent communicators and they have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8 AM - 5 PM PST; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Develop training manuals and class materials
Teach new skills to clients
Develops goals for program improvement
Revise and update program curriculum
Keeps records of daily attendance and progress
Utilize a variety of methods and techniques to present information effectively
Conduct surveys and evaluate training
Set up training systems and equipment
Schedule the training sessions
Coordinate with Security Team for new trends and topics for class material
Requirements:
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
3 - 4 Years of relevant work experience
No health concerns that prohibit you working full eight (8) hours shifts at night
Degree in any IT-related programs.
Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
Experience in Technical Training
Experience in Cyber Security Training preferred
25 wpm or faster
Computer literacy (Google Workspace)
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 40,000 - 50,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
