Design training strategy, plans and learning materials that will aid the successful delivery of courses. Ensure that the client organization has skilled and knowledgeable employees capable of delivering SLAs. Manage a training team responsible for conducting learning sessions to target branch of operations anywhere in the country. Primary Responsibilities Design strategy to assess employees' (Associates) skills, determine skills gaps and define strategic plan for employee competency. Design the competency building approach for the client organization. Implement the competency building activities in coordination with key stakeholders (Unisys, client leads). Create instructor materials, ex. course outlines, background material, instructional materials, training aids, etc. Conduct presentations, webinars, training for new hires, existing employees, training specialists and analysts. Design standard assessment tools to measure the learners' overall perception of the course, learning retention, and change in work behavior. Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation materials to ensure quality and consistency of course content Supervise and mentor training specialists, manage team competency of subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques Comply with the approved budget plan and adhere to Unisys' policies and SOPs on travel and finances Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or work background in psychology, business administration, behavioral sciences, human resources, learning and development, organization development, and other related fields Knowledge of ADDIE model Knowledge of Kirkpatrick's model of learning program evaluation Proven experience in designing and delivering IT technical courses for at least 2 years. Knowledge of and experience in developing soft skills, behavioral, and leadership programs Experience/involvement in system transitions and knowledge transfer projects is preferred Experience in managing a team of training specialists and building competency Willingness to travel, always on the go (provincial trips) Fluent in both English and Filipino. With high proficiency in the English language. Ability to speak/understand another local language/dialect is preferred but not required
