1. Perform the main tasks of a Technical Team Lead
Directly supervises the Technical Staff and their work;
Monitors Quality System of the plant to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's);
Establishes Test Method and Specifications of intermediate bulk, raw and packaging material and finished goods together with the Technical Head;
Examines, review, verify, recommend approval/rejection of all components; raw and packaging, labeling material as well as bulk and finished products, products manufactured or packed or held under control by the company or third party, in the absence of Analyst and Inspectors;
Approves Inspection Report or Certificate of Analysis of Finished Goods, Raw and Packaging Materials prior to transfer to Warehouse;
Releases RPM incoming delivery inspection status thru SAP;
Prepares, review and checks Finished Goods Audit, Raw Material Audit and Self Plant Audit;
Handles product complaints and prepares Investigation Report;
2. Perform the main tasks of a Safety Specialist
Designs and implements programs (Safety Manual, SOP's) to prevent disease or injury to workers and damage to the environment and strategies to reduce potential hazards within an assigned workplace;
Inspects workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health, the environment;
Responds to and investigate safety concerns/ complaints from workers/employers and assist in taking appropriate action.
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Chemistry or equivalent. Licensed Chemist is an advantage.
2.Team player with strong inter personal skills;
3. Keen to details;
4. Good organizational skills;
5. Preferably with 1 - 2 year experience in the same function, knowledge in workplace safety and health issues, background in training OSH (DOLE 11058) and compliance requirements is an advantage
