Technical Support - Telecommunications Account
Salary Package: PHP22300/month
Location: Mall of Asia
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support, you are responsible for answering and resolving product
technical support questions received from customers. Assist customers with
remote installation of new or replacement products such as tv box, internet
modem, phone lines, etc.
Min. Qualifications:
At least HS Graduates (old curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum)
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Above average communication skills
Amenable to work on-site
