The Technical Support Supervisor oversees the daily tasks of the Field Technical Support staff including scheduling and monitoring after-sales-support and preventive maintenance tasks that are accomplished efficiently and effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Computer and other related courses.
Must have at least 2 years experience as Technical Field Supervisor.
Must be knowledgeable in Electronic equipment/Office equipment.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office( Word, Excel and Power Point)
Can manage technical people particularly with repair of hardware and electronics
Has excellent customer orientation skills
Has good communication and presentation skills
Knowledgeable in creating process flow
Must be a team player
Can work under pressure
Can work with minimal supervision.
With banking technical support experience is a plus but not required.
