SNAPSHOT OF THE ROLE:
The SME (Subject Matter Expert) of Operations provides floor support, learning sessions, coaching & feedback to agents.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximize Field Service Work Order on site efficiency by ensuring the correct equipment, skillset, and # of technicians
Drive Quality achievement by coaching SPDTs weekly (group/individual) on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates, client QC feedback, and side by sides (SBS)
Receive and review quality of service trends from clients and address feedback accordingly
Remotely diagnose PV system issues including non-operation and underperformance
Assist in live Diagnostic Consultation with other departments via phone
Meet performance goals and metrics minimums set forth by management
Understand and apply corporate policies, process documentation, manufacturer's specifications and requirements
Provide feedback on trends you are seeing to our Diagnostics Leadership
Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in workplace and online communications
Perform SPDT job checks as necessary based on SPDT QC% performance

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of experience as a Subject Matter Expert/Assistant Team Leader/Quality Analyst or equivalent
Proven experience with PV (Photovoltaic) System
Graduate of Electrical Engineering course
With at least 1 year of working experience in Electrical Engineering field
