Your Role and Responsibilities
Resolve network-related incidents and accomplish service requests
Create change requests and attend Change Advisory Board Meetings for any network-related changes to be implemented
Investigate and drive resolution for all network related problem tickets
Review vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate resolution
Performs firmware/version upgrade of network/firewall devices
Achieves committed SLA and TAT with the client
Consult network solutions to Kyndryl internal and our Customers
Communicate with Internal Kyndryl employees and external partners

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
0-3 years experience
Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies
Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience in packet capture analysis
Demonstrated experience in managing Solarwinds monitoring tool
Knowledgeable in managing Ruckus Zone Director
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Cisco certified
F5 certification an advantage
Experience with network automation/scripting
