Your Role and Responsibilities . Resolve network-related incidents and accomplish service requests . Create change requests and attend Change Advisory Board Meetings for any network-related changes to be implemented . Investigate and drive resolution for all network related problem tickets . Review vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate resolution . Performs firmware/version upgrade of network/firewall devices . Achieves committed SLA and TAT with the client . Consult network solutions to Kyndryl internal and our Customers . Communicate with Internal Kyndryl employees and external partners Required Technical and Professional Expertise . 0-3 years experience . Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies . Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting . Demonstrated experience in packet capture analysis . Demonstrated experience in managing Solarwinds monitoring tool . Knowledgeable in managing Ruckus Zone Director Preferred Technical and Professional Experience . Cisco certified . F5 certification an advantage . Experience with network automation/scripting Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
