What is your mission? 
 
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be working with our Consumer Electronics Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone. You will act as frontline staff to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries and resolves the concerns and/or complaints. 
 
Who are we looking for? 
Completed 2 years in college 
Must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, with 6 months in a technical account 
A quiet space to work at and preferably with 20 mbps internet service package (more than 10 mbps download and 6 mbps upload speeds) 
Good understanding of consumer electronics products 
Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills 
Strong-verbal and written English communication skills 
Amenable to work rotating shifts 
Willing to be assigned in a temporary work-at-home set-up 
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
