TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a strong Technical Support Representative that will be able respond to helpdesk tickets with strong communication skills, document processes, and provide feedback. This person will be working in a team where they will become the face of helpdesk.
Responsibilities:
Proper investigation and adding notes before passing on the tickets
Take on ad-hoc tasks throughout the week with short turnaround times
Qualifications:
A degree holder of Communication or Business or commensurate experience
Experience working in the contact center industry for at least 2 years
Project Management skills is a great plus
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Able to deliver results with less supervision
Good time management skills
