Job Description
In this role, you'll provide a high level of support for customers through phone, chat, and email and receive great perks on top of a competitive salary. Here are some basic details:
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Schedule: Five-day workweek, Shifting Schedule
Free Learning Sessions (c/o Emapta Academy): Yes

What are the requirements that will get me hired for this role
Years Worked: One or more in relevant industries
Education: BA or BS in any Information Technology-related course
Working knowledge
Ticketing tools
Handling client complaints, escalations, and technical troubleshooting issues
MS Office Suite
Nice-to-have: TL experience
Documentation (Producing reports)
Strong communication skills in client's preferred language
Able to handle inbound calls
Asks the right questions to arrive at the right solutions
Soft Skills: Proactive, team player, has a problem-solving mindset, acts quickly, detail and customer-oriented, and is adaptable to shifting schedules
What are the tasks I'll be responsible for
Provide support via email, chat, and calls to customers who need help
Help resolve troubleshooting issues effectively by asking the right questions to arrive at the right answers
Encouraging customers to upgrade their services or ask how you can you be of more assistance
