Job Description
Amenable to work Onsite OCC Pasig City Schedule
Shifting schedule, predominantly GY (North America Region)
Qualifications
Engineering graduates preferred but not required on those with at least 1 year experience
Open for fresh graduates or completed at least 3rd year in college (with no experience) Engineering course is required.
1 year BPO experience supporting electronic devices/equipments - technical support or hybrid customer service-technical account
Experience in troubleshooting, resolving, guiding, answering all technical related concerns about the electronic devices/equipments.
HMO upon regularization. Can enroll 1 dependent but premium will be salary deducted
Php1500 allowance upon regularization
15K SOB **terms and conditions applies
Php50/day TEMPORARY transportation allowance
