We are in need of CSR and TSR who can start ASAP
- With experience handling purely technical support or blended account
- Responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to computer hardware or software devices.
- Taking phone calls from customers or communicating with them through messaging platforms, helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone, and speaking with them about installing hardware or software on their computers.
Minimum qualifications are listed below:
CSR/TSR Blended Account
Completed at least 2 years in College
Must have 1 year of CSR & 1 year of TSR experience
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Pure TSR
Candidate must complete 2 years in College
Must have 2 years solid experience in TSR
with experience in accounting software is an advantage such as intuit QuickBooks
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
