Must only be a graduate of IT, Engineering or any computer related course
• Has an understanding of how ADSL works.
• Familiar with IT Terms (Modem, ADSL, Router, LAN, WAN, IP Address, DHCP etc)
• Familiar in troubleshooting No internet connectivity, Slow internet connection and Wifi issues, knows the
factors affecting speed of DSL connection.
• Preferably handled Telstra, AT&T, Verizon or other ISP.
• 2 year course graduate without experience are welcome but needs to have excellent communication
skills
• Schedule:Night shift
