Job Description:
• Assist customers through inbound call, email and chat.
• Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved problems.
• Identify common issues, submit trouble tickets, and drive improvement.
• Periodically output technical problem case summaries, provide enablement training for each service store, and monitor the application effect.
• Judgment of repair warranty dispute and guidance on product authenticity identification.
Job Qualifications:
• College level w/ 6 months to 1-year BPO experience handled technical support account.
• With knowledge and familiarity about digital media.
• Familiarity with digital media and different software of photo and video editing application is a plus.
• Good to excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Can start as soon as possible.
