Duties:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded
Assist customers through phone calls, email and chat system
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by customers
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidate should have at least completed High school or SHS grad
Candidate must have at least 3-6 mos. experience of TSR
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Willing to work in iloilo on shifting schedules and onsite
