Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for leading the technical team and providing technical support as requested by Foton Dealerships and FMPI Production Operation Division.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Closely supervises and instructs the technical team to repair units for fleet and  government accounts
Conducts extensive diagnostic procedure to determine the source of the problem and provide accurate repair accommodations.
Conducts necessary repairs and adjustments as needed by the Production Operations Division
Issues Technical Service Bulletin and Technical Service Information based on vehicle defects and concerns.
Analyzes and monitors the trend of defects as reported in VQIR and Parts Department Top Defects Report.
Assists and monitor Warranty Claim that needs further evaluation.
Assists in Technical Training Programs.
Conducts Product Knowledge Orientation to internal and external customers.
Formulates Technical Improvement Regarding Technical Inquiry process.
Conducts Research and Development for Technical and Product Improvement.
Performs Parameter Test for New Upcoming Model.
Ensures compliance to ISO policies and procedures.
Performs other duties/task as deemed assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduate of Automotive Technology
At least 2 years experience working in automotive dealership
Knowledgeable in Automotive
Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems.
Ability to work under stress and handle stressful situations.
Ability to operate tools and equipment. 
Self-motivated
Has Integrity
Committed to work for FMPI
