Technical Support EngineerNCSI (Formerly Asticom)

Handle and support project management and implementation in the transport engineering and optimization group.
Coordination with various internal, external domains and vendors
Perform Network Checking and assessment in transport Network.
Assistance in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
Provide support and monitoring in certain fieldwork activities
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Reporting of status to the proponent of the requirement
Leads internal project meetings to ensure project deliverable and commitment to clients are met.
Conduct site survey, audit and onsite activities (e.g., card insertions, patching)
Process Technical Site Survey Report
Creation and Issuance of Engineering Work Plan
Creation of Service Order and Method of Procedure and carry up to NOC Implementation
Accomplish logical requirements for acceptance process
Conduct Engineering and Transport Assessment
Update Transport Network Diagrams and Topology
Assist on Technical Network Recruitment related to Bandwidth, Availability, Latency and Architecture
Internet Protocol Allocation
IP Clock Assignment of for 2G, 3G and LTE
Document Preparation for Fieldwork Activities
Transport Activities and Troubleshooting (e.g., DF/FOC, AN Integration and Microwave Implementation)
Coordinating with Client Wireless for Facility Implementation Order Concerns
Software Updating
Network Diagrams
Network Utilizations and Health Check
Dashboard creation
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Preferably IT or Engineering related courses) or equivalent
With good communication skills
Knowledge in Technical Support Activities for Software and Hardware
Knowledge in basic Engineering and Transport Assessment
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
Must be willing to report in BGC or Mandaluyong
