Provide after sales service and technical support for common problems related to the application of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Softstarters, Active Harmonic Filters and Power Quality Analyzers. Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse problems and initiate effective measures for their solution Execute product warranty while ensuring customer satisfaction and simultaneously achieving cost-control objectives Prepare service and accomplishment reports and oversees the maintenance and control of these documents and other related documents Maintain technical competence in troubleshooting and repair of drives and power quality products Participate proactively in contributing feedback to principals regarding product quality issues in an effort to reduce warranty costs Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations Maintain departmental housekeeping standards Train customer representatives to perform troubleshooting and repair works Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
