Duties of this role may include but are not limited to the following:
Be an integral part of the Client ICT team.
Ensure technical support services are available and delivered to business requirements.
Act as the first point of escalation for level-1 Service Delivery Consultants.
Investigate escalations and trouble-shoot system issues for timely resolution to incidents and requests through prioritisation of tasks.
Develop strong knowledge of MACG systems and technology environments including networks and cloud/on-premises infrastructure.
Apply best practice principles as appropriate and in accordance with policies & procedures.
Provide and maintain accurate documentation and user-friendly guides, communications, examples in support of processes.
Communicate and collaborate with service providers, suppliers, and partners.
Collaborate with operational and project delivery teams and participate in assigned activities on the technology roadmap to deliver business outcomes.
Contribute to and role model a positive workplace culture.
Perform impact assessment for existing systems to support new solutions.
Ensure adherence to technology standards across development and maintenance activities.
Review and update common documentation library of standardized procedures and configurations.
Provide technical support as the escalation point for incident and problem management processes. The role will be expected to contribute to a 24x7 escalation process in Level 2 support capacity as appropriate.
Engage with suppliers and service providers as required.
Role model a positive workplace culture.
Understand, comply with and report in line with the Serious Incident Reporting Scheme (SIRS).
Comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, Code of Conduct and Cornerstones at all times.
Ensure services are compliant and delivered within the framework of MACG's policies and procedures, legislative requirements, and meet the relevant service standards.
Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
Participate in regular supervision, meetings, performance appraisals, and training as required.
General:
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as directed by the General Manager - ICT , Service Delivery Manager, or delegate.

Requirements
Essential:
3+ years supporting Enterprise ICT technologies and environments, integrating & supporting infrastructure solutions.
Strong fundamental understanding of enterprise technologies and infrastructure including Networking, Servers & Storage.
Good understanding of ITIL principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services and architecture concepts.
Knowledge of Windows concepts, Domains, Active Directory components, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, data centre, and application software
Contributing to schedules to deliver projects on the ICT roadmap.
Team oriented, friendly self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
Experience in networking & wireless technologies.
Experience with Private and Public Cloud based solution architectures.
Experience of Voice over IP communications.
Methodical approach to problem solving with an attention to detail.
Exposure to security operations processes and controls.
Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong focus on stakeholder engagement and customer service.
Willingness to take direction, manage multiple tasks of varying priority whilst always putting the customer first.
Desirable: Self-motivated and driven to learn and grow.
