Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates
Manage, validate and resolve technical issues and service requests raised by clients
Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues concerning hardware and software
Provide technical support and assistance to users via remote or in person
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications or Computer Engineering or any IT related course
With atleast 2 years solid work experience in PC maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware & software, LAN set-up and networking, and configuration of router, modem and switches
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Ability to work effectively under pressure
With good communication skills
Organized and Hardworking
Willing to go on field work
