Job Description
Technical support representatives help customers troubleshoot issues with a piece of equipment. Tech support is also responsible for installing equipment, maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with others to improve the company's system requirements.
Educational Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT related courses
o With or without experience is required
Duties and Responsibilities
 Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and relevant troubleshooting.
 Familiar with Printer, Scanner, PC, Laptop computer maintenance.
 Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
 Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
 Able to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment against multiple deadlines.
 Strong communication skills, good in both written and spoken English.
 Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel Macro, including calculations (vlookup, pivot, etc).
 Have the following certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a plus.
Work location: McKinley Hill or Pasay City, Taguig City
PS: Temporary Work from Home arrangement but must be willing to work in office when requested (Strong internet broadband or fiber connection required, 20 MBPS or higher speed)
