Job Description
Technical support representatives help customers troubleshoot issues with a piece of equipment. Tech support is also responsible for installing equipment, maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with others to improve the company's system requirements.
Educational Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT related courses
o With or without experience is required
Duties and Responsibilities
Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and relevant troubleshooting.
Familiar with Printer, Scanner, PC, Laptop computer maintenance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
Able to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment against multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills, good in both written and spoken English.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel Macro, including calculations (vlookup, pivot, etc).
Have the following certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a plus.
Work location: McKinley Hill or Pasay City, Taguig City
PS: Temporary Work from Home arrangement but must be willing to work in office when requested (Strong internet broadband or fiber connection required, 20 MBPS or higher speed)
