• Bachelor's degree in computer science and graduated from these universities: Mapua University, De la Salle University, PLM or AMA.
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and relevant troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Printer, Scanner, PC, Laptop computer maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment against multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, good in both written and spoken English.
• Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel Macro, including calculations (vlookup, pivot, etc).
• Have the following certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a plus.
