Technical Support analyst (workday)ProbeGroup Philippines

Responsible for:
Internally referred to as the Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Workday issue resolution, configuration and reporting, as well as working with P&C Process owners and other key business stakeholders to identify, priorities and deliver enhancements to Workday functionality.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Perform initial triage of Workday issues
Identify Point of Failure in Integrations
Develop Testing Suite for Workday functionality
Perform Testing of Workday functionality
Organizational Capability Building
Application Software Roadmap - Contribute to and maintain a road map to facilitate application software development and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
Analyse specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.
Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Typical Experience:
Workday integration framework knowledge, web services knowledge, and relevant certification.
Functional knowledge of Finance and HRC systems.
