RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for handling calls and emails to provide customers
assistance.
- Provide resolutions to customer's queries in a friendly, confide
knowledgeable manner
Assists customer's requests and/or concerns professionally and calmly
• Acquire right amount of knowledge regarding the subject of concern
Minimum Qualification
• Applicant must have at least 1 year TSR experience
preferably college graduate.
• If High school graduate applicant, must have at least 3 or 2 years of cc experience, 1 year of which should be TSR
