Perform repairs and maintenance of the buildings assigned: fix structural damage covering plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.
Do the regular rounds to all properties assigned to ensure everything is in good condition.
Provide reports of building maintenance and update the checklist on the daily basis
Apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems (example: sealant on a flat roof)
Coordinate with the HSE Officer to address potential health and safety hazards to avoid harmful substance in the environment and causes of injuries
Assist on housekeeping when necessary
Complete tasks that will be given from time to time
Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.
Electrician with Certificate
Plumber experience, preferably with certificate
Strong knowledge in building repairs and maintenance
Physical strong to lift, move and handle equipment
Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding
