Role Overview:
Coordinates and supervises team members and service providers in ensuring assigned deliverables are met
Acts as system analyst in capturing important requirements and business processes from stakeholders and coordinates them with the technical team for feasibility
Crafts project plan (in relation to the system) from conceptualization to implementation
Manages day to day operations and services including its maintenance and upkeep
Provides technical asisstance and acts in alignment with user needs and system funcitonality for any technical requirement
Documents and shares new ideas by continuous research and learning of new technology and trends for related assigned areas
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related course
With 2-4 years of work experience in IT systems such as web development, network, and server management
Preferably with background in security systems and / or related property management systems
IT certificate/s related to network, server, security or other related fied is a plus
Has good communication and presentation skills
Has good project management skills
