TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
 
Skill Requirements:
College Graduate preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 1 years experience in Motorcycle / Automotive Industry
Experience in the after-sales market is an advantage
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
Keen to details
Knows how to drive 2 and 4-wheel vehicles
Must have a  driver's license
Duties & Responsibilities:
Confirms the validity of warranty parts and claims.
Prepares Memos, Policies, and Guidelines
Publish Service Bulletins and Technical Information.
Monitor after-sales market problems
Plan and schedule a Technical  Training  Program for various Dealer mechanics and independent mechanics.
Recruit  and  develop  Service  networks  ( Accredited  Mechanics ) 
Facilitate all possible warranty claims submitted by the various dealers and Service  Networks. 
Conduct actual tests for evaluation on the defective parts claimed for warranty.
Maintains detailed reports that document the issues as well as recommendations for improvement.
Reportorial:
Produce a rejection letter once the warranty request is rejected.
Submit Warranty Reports such as total warranty cost, number of defective MC units, and warranty claim ratio to the Technical Service Supervisor
Assist Warranty Encoder if necessary
Provide a Technical report on various defective spare parts submitted by the dealers and service networks. 
Makes quality improvement recommendations and working closely by the Production Dept.
