Position: Technical Services Engineer
Reporting To: Engineering Services Head
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Engineering Services, the Technical Services Engineer (TSE) is responsible for developing and implementing programs and support activities for New Stores and Renovation, Stores Maintenance system, Stores new products, and Engineering Initiatives.
The TS Engineer supports the Engineering Services Head in the development of operational processes, engineering standards, focusing in quality, cost and timeliness of projects.
Develop maintenance system for store and commissary. Recruit, train and maintain a network of Service Providers, ensure they have updated technical and operational capacity. Develop a system of work documentation to establish a database of equipment for references in R &M, equipment reviews and analysis for future business decisions.
Education and work experience:
Graduate of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Preferably Licensed, with minimum of 5 years' experience in Restaurant, QSR, Building and Equipment Maintenance, Construction Project Management or related Engineering projects.
