Is looking for a Technical Services & Development Documentation Staff to join our Technical Services and Development team. This role is crucial in creating, maintaining, and managing technical documents that support product development, troubleshooting, and service operations for motorcycles. You will work closely with engineering, R&D, and service teams to ensure accurate, clear, and user-friendly manuals and guides that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and update service manuals, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting documents for motorcycle systems (engine, suspension, braking, electrical).
Translate complex technical specifications into user-friendly content for technicians, dealers, and end-users.
Create illustrations, schematics, and diagrams to supplement documentation.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, QA, and dealer support teams to gather technical information.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company branding.
Support technical training sessions with accurate documentation resources.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Technical Communication, or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in motorcycle service, product development, or technical operations.
Certifications: TESDA NC II in Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing or Automotive Servicing (preferred).
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle systems (engine, electrical, suspension, braking).
Ability to create clear, concise technical manuals.
Familiarity with industry regulations (emissions, safety, environmental standards).
