Technical Service Technician/Installer handles management, provisioning, termination, activation and orientation for installed products.
Requirements:
Appropriate qualifications:
» Graduate of at least Vocational course related to Electronics or Mechatronics
» Background/practice in troubleshooting and installation of security & surveillance products, CCTV, product design, cost estimation, structured cabling, FDAS, IP networking, troubleshooting, door and bio-metrics, etc.
» Familiar with network configuration
» People oriented, well organize, and able to communicate well with superiors, customers, and team mates
» No visible body tattoo
» Committed in providing good customer service
» Willing to do field works nationwide
