Requirements and skills
At least 1-2 years work experience as a Technical Service Engineer in electronic and automation
With valid driver's license
Create and Give customers reports that are precise and in a timely manner.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledgeable in Root Cause Analysis, Why-Why Analysis.
Knowledgeable in PLC is an advantage
Willing to engage in field work.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, technology or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
