1. Graduate of any IT, ECE or EE course.
2. With experience in Mobile service and Mobile Phone Operations and troubleshooting.
3. Knowledgeable in Mobile phone specifications HW and SW.
4. Computer literate, good in communication skills and with strong background in hancling customers complaints.
