Job Description
Perform Customer Services Representative, Answer inquiry thru email, messages in any form. Coordinate & Monitor service status process all document needed for repair & calibration services, technician to client and their supportive department.
Job Duties
Answer inquiry of internal and external client.
Monitor Process of calibration ensure that the technical monitoring is updated and well coordinated w/ client, also w/ technician and other supporting department.
Preparation of service/parts computation, encoding of calibration data, printing of calibration certificate, posting in nav system for invoicing / billing archiving and scanning of completed technical service request.
Other task assigned by the Head.
