TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER
 
Summary of Position
 
A Technical Sales Engineer is a professional who combines technical expertise with sales skills to sell complex products or services. Provide advice and support on products, understand customer needs, demonstrate the value of a product or service and implement strategies to influence others.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery.
Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and technologies.
Present technical data and analysis to customers.
Provide after-sales troubleshooting for products.
Create sales presentations to make complex products accessible to potential clients.
Create and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and pricing models.
Provide post-sale technical support, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
BA bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a technical sales engineer.
Technical knowledge of tires, oil, lubricants, industry, and automobiles.
An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Research and analytical skills
Strong technical skills
With a valid Philippine driver's license
Strong mind set for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
Passion for social enterprise, development of people and environment benefits
