Job Description
Develop new distribution channels in the given /assigned territories and market segment.
Develop new customer accounts; large local companies and multi-national companies.
Executes marketing and lead generation initiatives specifically targeted towards the territory
Builds relationships with client and partners to increase coverage and capacity
Participates in the development/execution of strategic plan for territory and account
Work closely with pre- sales resources to undertake customer visits (if necessary)
Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a territory or account
Identifies accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies opportunities thoroughly and accurately forecasts timeframes to close business
Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risk and potentials; estimating partner's needs and goals
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Daily interaction and coordination with sales and operations teams for seamless sales execution and order fulfilment
Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
Weekly report to the sales manager
Job Qualification
A pleasing personality, proactive with outstanding communication skills
A high interest in entrepreneurship
Acting ethically and with high integrity
Highly accountable and requires minimum supervision
Ability to manage his/her sales activities and meet/exceed sales targets / quota.
Ability to develop:
new distributors/agents
Large corporate accounts (direct sales to end users
Able to prioritise in a high enquiry environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (a must)
Bachelor / College Degree
At least three (3-5) years of experience in the related field, preferably in distribution companies dealing with industrial and commercial products and services. No prior experience in lighting industry is required.

Monday - Friday (5 days work)
Compensation: In line with good industry standards. Combination of base salary and sales commissions
