Job Description
Report directly to Sales & Customer Service Supervisor.
Support Sales Executive, Customer Service Representative and Superior (Supervisor/Manager) on day to day activities of the Team.
Assist Supervisor in all Aspect of Technical Sales covering Business Development, Customer Service function, Sales & Marketing with respect to Technical objectives of our client which also involve Lead, Opportunity and Sale conversion.
Perform Client meeting, visits and company presentation on a regular basis.
Prepare and submit quotation per customer Request For Quote (RFQ).
Expand the Products, Services and client data base to improve Sales Department Revenue.
Coordinate internally & externally all customer requirements from design, materials, process and schedules.
Coordinate Purchase Order (PO) & Invoice Collection and follow up.
Perform other task/s as assign by immediate superior.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Experience: Technical Sales: 5 years (Preferred)/ Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
Good interpersonal skill especially in people skills and building relationships with clients
License: Driver's License (Required)
