Job Description
As aTechnical Recruiterwith CK Connect, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of their talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities include arranging interviews, performing background checks, presenting candidate profiles to hiring managers, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth application process. Your dedication will directly contribute to the success of our clients projects and the growth of CK Connects reputation in the industry.
Here's an overview of the role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time)
Work Setup: Hybrid, Makati
What's required to get hired
3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience for technical roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Developer, Data Engineer, Tester).
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ERP platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive can-do attitude and eagerness to excel.
Motivated by both fixed and commission-based earning structures.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead a recruitment team.
Organized and skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively.
Versatile, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Driven by a desire for career advancement and self-development.

Screen applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, whether virtual or in-person.
Conduct thorough background and reference checks on potential candidates.
Present the most suitable candidate profiles to hiring managers.
Manage job offers and complete necessary paperwork.
Maintain applicant records and provide updates on the application process.
Forecast recruitment budgets to ensure efficient hiring processes.
Organize and cleanse the candidate database for streamlined operations.
Follow up on invoices and maintain financial documentation.
Document and manage CVs efficiently to support future needs.
