End-to-End Recruitment
Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs, creating hiring forms and job descriptions to building a talent pool and filtering quality candidates, focusing on Technology and non-Tech recruitment
Liaise with clients to define and understand position requirements
Account manage client relationships
Source for and maintain networks with candidates using a variety of innovative techniques
Generate and nurture pipeline for recurring technical role
Launch roles as required by the company and as stated by the hiring plan
Understand recruiting priorities and ensure alignment with recruiting team
Evaluate and screen potential quality hires and assist them through the interview and hiring process
Establish strong working partnerships with internal hiring teams and recruiting team members
Complete workflow progress reports (using our ATS system) for presentation of high-level recruitment updates to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Initiatives
Think out-of-the-box to improve the CoreDev employer brand and recruiting processes
Assist other internal teams with special projects or tasks on occasion
Co-lead or assist in small recruitment initiatives
Other Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements
What we're looking for:
Proven work experience in a full-cycle recruiter or similar role, preferably with at least two years of experience in technical and eCommerce recruitment
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks such as Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Github
Desire to work in a culturally and intellectually diverse workforce and understanding of the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and hiring
Must have an open mind for different perspectives and thinking preferences, as well as differences in backgrounds, experiences, personalities, skill sets, and knowledge bases
You are game for a dynamically changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
You embrace evolving priorities and shift gears quickly and often
You can work efficiently with minimal guidance, ask great questions, and escalate concerns appropriately and promptly
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization skills & ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously
Amendable working onsite prior to transitioning to Hybrid setup
Our must-haves:
Must attend in-person meetings depending on the status of the pandemic
Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 10MBPS
Must have a backup internet connection of the same speed, if the primary connection becomes spotty
Note: An online assessment of the workspace will also be part of the recruitment process
Status: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will be provided on the first day.
