GoSourcing is seeking to hire a self starter, experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Ph Team. Technical Recruiter responsibilities include screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for our Australian client's various technical roles. .
Your responsibilities also include sourcing candidates through GoSourcing Specialist Recruiters and various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Responsibilities
Identify and processed qualified applications
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview
Coordinate with Leadership to forecast goals and hiring needs
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
Proven experience in sourcing IT professionals in North America, EU, APAC (Australia is desirable)
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. video calls, phone, Skype, Google Meet )
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Experience in SAP technical roles is highly desirable
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Experience in Workable is a plus.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
