Client Management and Candidate Management
Market Research & Salary Report for all positions (Technical, Non-technical and Contact Centre)
Sourcing and searching for suitable candidates using Recruitment sourcing tools
Handled Technical Positions (Infrastructure, Web Development)
Posting Job Order in Jobstreet, Monster.com, LinkedIn and other sourcing channel.
Shortlisting and Interview candidates thru Skype and phone.
Attend Weekly Recruitment Catch up
Update company website for Career Opportunities
Doing Pre-employment Reference Check/Background Check and/or Candidate Job Offer
Updating of all Recruitment databases such as Recruitment Stages Report, Resume Databases, Sourcing Database, etc.
Follow defined Recruitment SOPs
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood or Alabang (after the pandemic)
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM; Manila Time)
Location (Temporary Homebased)
An equipment will be provided by the company
Candidates should have stable and reliable internet connection at home (at least 10MBPS for both download and upload speed)
