Your mission
Ensure high quality recruitment service to the business and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline that is supported by strategic recruitment practices, balanced by on-going talent development enabling the organization to develop outstanding products in a great place to work.
You will support 100% local requisitions of different levels
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and securing candidates (both passive and active)
You will act as a Talent Advisor with hiring teams, including functional managers, throughout the organization
You will partner with onboarding team and make the necessary follow ups to candidates
You will take ownership and provide timely delivery of efficient, high quality recruitment for all requisitions across different business areas
You will provide support in any recruitment reports requested by the business
Qualifications
What you need
Experience with end-to-end recruitment (preferrably in-house)
Hands-on experience with different sourcing approach (i.e. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Proactive attitude and is keen to details
Ability to work with different levels of management within the organization and with external partners
Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to handle multiple tasks while adhering still to meet strict deadlines
Ability to positively present a company and open roles to potential candidates and partners
You will get additional points for the following
Experience or knowledge on SAP
