Job Description
Your mission:
Ensure high quality recruitment service to the business and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline that is supported by strategic recruitment practices balance by on-going talent development, enabling the organization to develop outstanding products in a great place to work.
You will support 50% Local recruitment and 50% Global Sourcing
You will be responsible for end to end recruitment and onboarding
You will maintain continuous contact with hiring managers informing them of the progress of identified qualified candidate
You will monitor daily recruitment statistics and standardized reporting
You will help us streamline hiring processes
You will attend to and resolve escalated concerns related to recruitment procedures
You will ensure the smooth flow of the recruitment process by supervising the application pipeline and monitoring daily recruitment activities
You will send requested recruitment reports to management team
You will fulfill other HR recruiting tasks assigned to you by Line Manger / Functional Manager
You will help Global sourcing initiatives (develop strategy and build up sourcing for all countries) especially for the hard to find positions
You will develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
You will work closely with each service group under your responsibility and to ensure that the HR service they deliver meets the service groups needs
Qualifications
What you need:
Bachelor's Degree required. Educational attainment of Human Resources, Management and/or Business Administration preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical recruitment is required.
With SAP background is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (i.e. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Present a professional appearance and demeanor
Attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality
Good written and verbal communication skills
Work independently in the absence of immediate supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and teamwork with co-workers
Can work under pressure
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
General knowledge of Human Resources functions
Principles and practices of stakeholder's relationships
