Work closely with different departments/campaigns on hiring needs.
Screen and submit resumes for open positions and proposal staffing, schedule and conduct interviews to determine organizational fit, and extend & negotiate offers as needed.
Utilize a wide variety of recruiting sources such as major and niche job boards (LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Monster, Github, Behance, etc), professional networking sites, social media, and direct sourcing to identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates.
Build network by being active on similar or industries offering technical positions, association memberships, and employees.
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Conduct market study and draft job offer documents.
Coordinate with Operations and Training Department on the scheduled deployment of new hires.
Facilitate New Employee Orientations and process on-boarding and necessary pre-employment documents of new hires.
Coordinate with the Employee Relations and Admin Department on complete processing of documents, company benefits and payroll.
Keep up-to date with the new technological trends and products
Builds and maintains talent database to respond efficiently and effectively to the staffing demand of the business.
Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the applicant tracking systems of the department including the information on the APOSI career page.
Collaborate with the TA Team and Marketing regarding the preparation of job advertisements and other recruitment collaterals, particularly for technical positions, to be used in Talent Acquisition events and posting of job advertisements to ensure branding compliance.
Strive to provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate experience regardless of ultimate outcome.
Consistently demonstrate behaviours emulating APOSI values and adhere to company policies, procedures and code of conduct.
Requirements
Candidate must be a Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, or Human Resource Management, or Information Technology or other related course
With 1.5 year to 2 years related work experience
Should be willing to work on varying shifts and site locations

Initiative and proactive in learning new skill
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Technical Sourcing Channels
