Job Description
 
As a Technical Recruiter, you are key to finding the top 2% of technical talent for our clients. You will be doing full recruitment end-to-end. Although your specialty is Technology, you are also well rounded and can recruit for other roles that are assigned to you.

What your responsibilities will be:
Candidate side:
 
Writing and posting job advertisements to attract new talent
Proactively Headhunting/shortlisting suitable candidates through all channels available such as (Linkedin, Job Sites, Facebook, Github, Forums, etc.)
Pre-Screening and HR Interviews
Preparing candidates for interviews
Administering tests
Building and maintaining relationships
Ensuring that the candidate passes our 90-day placement guarantees
Giving the candidates the best experience possible
Client side:
 
Developing new business via online channels and networking events
Attending meetings
Negotiating terms of contract, preparing, and signing
Managing assigned accounts
Building, growing, and maintaining existing and new relationships
Understanding our client’s perfect candidate for a higher rate of success
Asking for Client referrals to grow your client base
Ensuring the client is satisfied with our services and we are meeting and exceeding their standards
 
What are we Looking for?
 
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Strong written and verbal english communication skills
Minimum of 2+ years work experience
Detail oriented and self starter
Able to meet project deadlines
Full Time Position and willing to work from 8am-5pm (Flexi time depending on recruitment demands)
 
Compensation Package & Benefits
Gross Salary: P42,000mo + commissions
