Reporting to the Recruitment Lead and working under the direction of the Director you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Technical Recruiter VA. This amazing opportunity will see you working with an amazing team of recruiters to support the Director's Company.
Experience and knowledge in recruitment are necessary. Sound knowledge and demonstrated expertise in customer service, and appointment setting soft skills. Ability to deliver best practice customer experience over the telephone.
Key Responsibilities
-Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
-Reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
-Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
-Searching resume databases and portfolio sites using Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates.
-Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
-Cold calling sourcing methods
-Experience sourcing IT position only
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field required
-Minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles
-Strong telephone-based customer service experience
-Proactive, results-driven, and efficient.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Highly organised, process-oriented, and organiser of all things
-Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
-Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting; familiarity with working with deadlines
-Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
-Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Monthly Salary: Php 50,000

Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
