*End to end recruitment for volume IT/technical hiring requirements
*Strategic recruitment using various sourcing channels/real time endorsement and client management
*Endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring
*Effective candidate and client management
*Job offer/salary negotiation
*Reports, Data Analysis, and Presentation
Requirements:
*Completed atleast 2 years in college, any course
*With atleast 6 months proven work experience in Technical Recruitment/Volume Hiring in a Recruitment Firm, preferably
*Proficient in candidate and client management
*Advanced verbal and written communication skills
*Motivated to work with tight deadlines and targets, with high level of resilience
*Good rapport building skills
*Willing to work in Makati
*Dayshift, weekends off
Work Set Up
* Work from home(Temporary)
* Must have own technical resources such as:
* laptop or desktop computer and internet connection
