Duties and Responsibilities
Regular - Sources for and maintains reliable sources of supplies immediately upon receipt of requisition. - Ensures that specifications/configurations indicated by users are complied with by suppliers and service providers. - Negotiates for best terms and conditions favorable to the company (within approved limits) - Advises end-users of the status of their requisitions, if inquired. - Ensures that all data input in the purchase orders are correct prior its endorsement for approval. - Ensures that items and services required are delivered on time at the proper location. - Ensures that all transactions are properly documented for on time payment processing. - Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Manager, Engineering Procurement. - To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards. To observe company's rules and regulations. Periodic - Conducts annual evaluation of vendors and service providers. - Prepares monthly report on savings obtained from negotiated discounts, rebates, exchanges etc.
Qualifications
Must be a college graduate with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or other engineering-related course.
Preferably has more than one (1) year as a technical purchaser
Preferably with PRC license or CAAP license
