The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all
the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and
achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle
client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.
Responsibilities
Lead Philippine CRM and IT
(middleware,
bespoke apps)
projects from contract signing
to go live. Manage remotely or on-site the developers' team in Tacloban as well
as the Sales/Account Management team in Manila to complete the project.
CRM partners are Zoho and Sugar.
We have
Zoho and Sugar and Salesforce
clients in the US, AU, and SG that we provide developers for
their business. Each client has a Project Manager but we need to oversee
the projects ourselves to ensure that our team in Tacloban is effectively
meeting timelines and doesn't have quality issues.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge
customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and
technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through
implementation.
Communicate proactively with all involved
personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and
implement efficiency improvements.
Analyze the economics of project plans and
provide actionable feedback relating to cost-benefit and return-on-investment
standards.
Review proposed modifications on project plans,
including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial
changes.
Oversee the acquisition of resources and
materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team
members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment
agreements with vendors.
Anticipate details of future projects by
communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends
and industry news.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science
or related field, or equivalent work experience
Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming
abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Familiar with Scrum methodologies
